In an interview, Del Rosario disclosed that based on their own survey, voters in this province have chosen nine Team P-Noy candidates and three from the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA).
“It’s 9-3 here, Team P-Noy dominated the survey,” the unopposed governor said, during the campaign sortie of Team P-Noy in the newly refurbished, dome-sized Tagum City Hall in the province.
Davao del Norte has 500,000 registered voters.
“The survey results here are great for Team P-Noy. It follows the result of the national survey, which is 9-3 for Team P-Noy. The same people made it to the top 12. We are behind the President in his good governance program,” Del Rosario said.
In the latest Social Weather Stations survey, nine Team P-Noy candidates made it to the Magic 12. They are re-electionist Sens. Loren Legarda (first), Francis Escudero (second), Alan Peter Cayetano (third), former Las Piñas Rep. Cynthia Villar (fourth), Grace Poe (fifth), Sen. Koko Pimentel (sixth), Sen. Antonio Trillanes (seventh), Bam Aquino (10th) and Aurora Rep. Sonny Angara (11th).
